Technical:

  1. Theme Selection: The website will be created exclusively using a theme selected by StoreWeb. Users must choose from the themes provided by StoreWeb and agree to use them as the basis for their website.

  2. Photo Responsibility: All photos provided for the website will be the responsibility of StoreWeb, and all rights to these photos will be reserved by StoreWeb only. Users are not permitted to use these photos for any other purpose without prior written consent.

  3. Payment and Refunds: There will be no refunds or returns for payments made for website design services. Once payment is processed, it is considered final.

  4. Timeline: The website will be completed within 3 to 4 working days from the date of payment, provided all necessary materials and information are promptly provided by the user.

  5. Portfolio Editing: In the future, if users wish to edit their website portfolio, they must pay a minimum fee of Rs 150 for customization services provided by StoreWeb.

  6. Web Speed and Hosting: The speed and hosting services of the website are dependent on the hosting site chosen by the user. StoreWeb does not guarantee the performance of the website in terms of speed or hosting reliability.

  7. System Interruptions: In the event of any system interruptions or technical issues, StoreWeb will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within a minimum of 7 days. However, StoreWeb cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred due to system interruptions beyond its control.

  8. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon completion of the website design, all rights, title, and interest in the website, including but not limited to the design, layout, and content, shall belong to the user. StoreWeb retains the right to showcase the website in its portfolio and marketing materials.

  9. Communication and Feedback: Users agree to provide timely feedback and communication during the website design process. Failure to provide necessary feedback may result in delays in project completion.

  10. Modification and Updates: StoreWeb reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of [Your Company Name]’s services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

  11. All requests for edits or modifications to the StoreWeb’s accessible website must be directed exclusively to Storeweb.
